What's happening in JUNE on the Cromarty Homes and Heritage programme?
All the events below are FREE and all are very welcome. The Sutor tour, however, MUST be booked in advance by contacting RoCAS at rossandcromarch@gmail.com
Thursday 6th June 10.00am till 1.00pm: Guided walking tour of the wartime buildings on the South Sutor led by Allan Kilpatrick of RCAHMS. Meet at the Sutor carpark. Please note that this is an outdoor tour on uneven terrain. Proper outdoor clothing and appropriate footwear (stout shoes or boots) are essential. All participants will be required to attend a safety briefing prior to setting off.
Thursday 6th June 2.00-4.00pm: Victoria Hall. Memories of Cromarty at War. A chance to join with the Fourways Club in recalling wartime life in Cromarty. Tea and Coffee (and home baking!) provided.
Thursday 20th June 7.00-9.00pm: West Church Hall. Memories of Cromarty Church Life. Share memories not just of church attendance at all of the Cromarty churches, but also of the youth organisations, choirs, etc. associated with the churches.
